Westin, Cambria, and Hampton Inn are all good and within walking distance. Also enjoy a trip over to the truck yard and to the secret group following the game (pretty cheap uber or lyft ride).

There is a Hyatt Place that is a little further but still very walkable. Took my then 3 year old to a game last year and he loved it, walk was not bad at all even after a full game and fireworks and music show. I found it was cheaper than the other options and comes with a free breakfast.

I would pick one of the dozen or so hotels that are within a few blocks. Hope this helps.

Marriott Marquis (the hotel with the Texas-shaped lazy river). Biggio's restaurant before or after the game isn't bad.
