Damn, so the hormone therapy made his dick too small to turn inside out and they cut up his colon to make the "vagina". Surgery is always a last resort, but it seems to be the go-to treatment in this stupid fad.

They see it as the next “profit center” for their hospitals after elective cosmetic surgery, I’m sure.
Permanently fricking up someone’s body means you get payment for doing it plus follow up visits and required hormones for the rest of their life to maintain the unnatural state they are in.
Think of it like transplant patients who did it because they were crazy or stupid instead of medically necessary.
