I’m not sure you could rent a 2bd/2bath house on 200k in San Diego.

Last time we were there (Mrs. Tantal was born and raised in SD), we went over to Coronado. Out of curiosity, we checked local real estate prices. A 2BR/1B bunglow at 1,000 square feet was $1.3M. No garage. Street parking.

I feel like I'm already there. Moving to Bend, OR exceeded already high expectations. This is a great town.

Sorry to hijack thread

Hey, wife and I will have two days there this summer. What would you suggest? We were thinking just explore the town, float the river, and get a hike in. Right track or not? Wild Rose good for dinner? Thanks!

I know this goes against the grain of the OT, but I'd love to live on Belle River.

After living in Utah, I now find myself wishing I was back down south. This area is great in the summertime, but winters are long and extremely white most years. I would love to be somewhere on the Georgia or SC coast.
