No offense, but it seems like your Masters was a waste too. I would think that your job could be done by just about any smartish person with just about any liberal arts degree.

You think so, huh?!?! How much do you know about grant management and accounting? Proposal writing? Collaborations with foreign research partners, recruiting and hiring foreign researchers, etc, etc?!?!
