That being said, how much you wanna bet that they give him a standing ovation this week?
Oh, no doubt. Then the first time he makes a mistake they'll start booing again as if they could do better.

True, but the students were the loudest group booing him, the first to call for Jefferson, the first to nearly orgasm when JJ came in, and the first to blame receivers when JJ threw incompletes, by the end, they were the ones to chant Lee's name. I know, I was there angeling it up until the end.

It certainly wasn't just the students booing. It was all over the stadium.

I know this has been discussed, but I just want to give props to the tiger "fan base." Way to help build the kids confidence by booing him before the game even starts.

It's cool if you Boo a professional player who's job is to play football... but these kids are 18-22 just getting an education and giving theirs hearts out to play for the fans.

It's truly pathetic to hear that, and if I was in any control over LSU season tickets, I'd have officials sitting in the stands looking for Boo-ers and revoking their tickets, there is no room for that in College Football.

Give him a freaking break. If the dang idiot drunken fools that boo him want to give it a shot, Les has tryouts for walk-ons coming up soon.

At least someone finally says it.

and why are we calling out the SS? by the time the clock read 0:00, their section was the most full.

Not really, but it had by FAR the highest concentration of fans anywhere in the stadium.

i didn't say it was full. there were more people in the north endzone than anywhere else in the stadium, so yea probably a higher concentration of people.

I agree. They did the good thing by booing him before the game. They should boo him before the game, during the game, and after the game. If they see him on campus, they should boo him.

Maybe, just maybe, he'll decide to transfer. And hopefully, it'll be against someone that LSU plays and then Jarrett Lee can finally do something to help LSU win a game.

Please altercate on my behalf...these Tiger "fans" need to remember Lee was not recruited to be our starting QB. We had a starting QB who unfortunately lacked the self-respect and discipline to play for LSU. Lee is in the pressure cooker and if the people who boo him and call themselves "fans" don't break him, he will be great in time. Stay home if you want to "boo" our players. It lacks class.

I will admit there have been times when I have been disappointed with Lee's play and hung my head in my hands, but never did I boo him. Maybe we should all scream and yell and cheer for them when they announce the players and we could drown out the boos. This is going to be on National television too and I don't want LSU to look bad. Everybody needs to get them fired up, just like we did for Alabama

The coaches called a very screwed up first half. They deserve the boos.
