90% of the people doing that on here have a BMI of 35+, couldn't run a mile without going into cardiac arrest, and/or got cut from their high school team or played on the JV as a senior. And probably haven't had real sex since W's first term.

Define “personal”. Are you talking about someone is attacking them as a person or just their performance on the ball field?if it’s the latter, is it a legitimate criticism or just someone saying ugly things in a crass style? To me those are different. This is a high level college team with high level players, with NIL deals playing in big time games. They’ll survive message board critics. But some people are just idiots who look for any reason to pick a verbal fight on the Rant.

Someone needs to define personal attacks vs. criticism. Genuinely curious, is this a board where you cannot criticize any coach or player? There are many boards like that in college sports. I would hate for this site to become one.
But if anytime someone criticizes a player, they get canceled, it’d be nice to know so
everyone could start censoring their posts.

It used to be pros could be personally criticized but not college kids. The no personal attacks on college players went away when NIL came along. Some of these college athletes make more than 99% of this board.

I agree, it’s so easy to hide behind a keyboard and be a “keyboard warrior”. It’s extremely cowardly and immature. At the end of the day it’s just a game and these are college students living their dreams of playing for LSU, not MLB players so there should be an understanding that more mistakes will happen during games.
