Define “requires.”

I tore my meniscus in 2021, and after lots of pain and worry finally got my MRI results and met with a surgeon. I made the decision to try alternatives for 6 months before going to surgery (mine isn’t repairable) - partially due to the $5k price tag.

After a few months of Knees Over Toes stuff I was so close to pain free I pushed forward. Almost 2yrs later, I barely even notice it. I lift, run, hike etc- the only time pain comes back is if I take more than a few days off of working out.
