But is it really random though? Just ask anyone who lives here and they can tell you they like to do this mostly on Sunday nights (and frequently on Saturdays). They have spots they often return to.

And who are we fooling? They are probably using group messaging. Either get a mole to track their conversations or get a warrant to surveil their illegal activity.
