Someone please explain to me how this adds up. I get that these things are hard to stop because they happen at random locations but these don’t make sense.
I drive through there today, significant damage to the roadway too. How on earth are people not being dragged to jail. No f’ing wonder this keep happening. Just beat the cop car and damage it then they’ll give one ticket and leave the hoodlums alone to finish doing donuts in the road.

You can thank the great state of Louisiana for this. As of last year, police can no longer bring people to jail for a misdemeanor crime and must write a summons.

Curious to know what Mr. Dyson pays for his yearly auto insurance. His auto appears to be fairly new so he must carry comprehensive and collision with the full medical ?
