Great for tv. Sucks for going to the games.
Disagree. Maybe it's because I'm 43 but I'm ready to go after about 2 1/2 hours, especially if I get to the park 30-45 minutes before first pitch.
But I'm a guy that went to around 20 games last season. I can see feeling differently if it's a once-a-year huge family deal with kids in tow and you want to take it all in as a special occasion.

We went to a day game last year in the September heat and humidity. We walked what felt like 2 miles to the stadium. And waited outside the gate for another 30-45 minutes. Grabbed some drinks. And then took our seats probably another 30 minutes before first pitch. The game was 11-5. And ran 3.5 hours. That particular day, I would have definitely appreciated a quicker paced game. But we hung around to the end anyway since we live over 100 miles away, and Pujols got one more at bat in the 9th inning.
So I can definitely appreciate the shorter games in person. Especially for a day game in the heat and humidity in addition to a long drive home. But watching on TV, it doesn't matter to me as much. So I see both sides of it.
