I would say the average in texas is 105-110. The highest end guys are in the 150s

I just read an article the other day about a Texas School that got approved for $35M to build new football facilities. Friday nights in Texas is like Saturdays for the rest of the South. I would imagine they have something equivalent to TAF at these school that pays the majority of their coach's salary.
