Can’t fly there, because it’s Marshall, TX and I need to get it to Jackson or Baton Rouge. If I drive up there with someone and have them drive my car back I have to pay gas for two vehicles and probably $100 for my nephew to do it By that time I will have spent a few hundred in food and gas and wasted an entire day. Hoping I can find a hauler I can trust for about $400 and be done.

Double that to $800 and you'll be in the ballpark for a dedicated truck to take the load. If you want the contact info for a broker that can line that up give me a email address to send the info to.

You better make him drive there since you're paying so much.

Your problem is there’s a minimum price for someone to do work like that. The distance is not the only factor, it takes effort to load and unload and that’s all the same, as well as the risk of just doing the job. You are being cheap, as you said it would cost you $200 just in gas and food to drive there and back so you aren’t going to find someone to do it properly for only $400 as you aren’t including labor and risk.
