It was $150/day when I came into this district in 2015. They cut it in 2017 because they said it was too much. Now, combined with the teacher shortage we have, we have a sub shortage, and they cannot figure out why that is.
I want folks to understand, I would come daily at just the sub rate of $100. The concept of valueless working is beyond unprofessional to me. That's all.
