it is a good living - I made less at the public library and I have more education than most teachers

But if Livingston parish wants to keep good teachers, the people should’ve voted for the raises - or taxes need to reallotted so they could get a raise

Good teachers won’t be making a mass exodus from Livingston schools. You know why? Demographics. I’m sure they’d much rather work in the LP than an urban area where they might make a buck or 2 more an hour.
