Most people get weekends and holidays off, too - so I’m not sure of your point
We homeschool our kids, so I really don’t give a rat’s arse about any teachers but to allude they don’t work for what they earn is either naive or ignorant

Why you should give a shite:
1. Not everyone can afford private school
2. Not everyone could pass private school
3. Some students have special needs
4. Public schools (try) educate everyone
5. EVERYONE deserves an education
6. EVERYONE should be responsible
7. Teachers have to teach ALL students
The zoo keepers you reference are trying to keep the community from becoming a real jungle so your son can live in a peaceful prosperous society! That is why you should give a shite!
