On the last day of 21 to party, I was doing bench press I felt my shoulder pain again. I had been pushing it hard and I know it is messed up. I had bad pain for several weeks. It is just now starting to be pain free, so to hell with bench press, I will stick with dumbbell press

W2d1 done. Felt good but I am so weak on laterals sheesh

W2d3 down. Those heavy squats were good the upright rows had me heaving ,also supersetted them with ab rollout.

Any of yall squat hamstrings to calves?(literal max deep) Been playing with that depth for my lighter sets instead of just past parallel. I think it may be beneficial but I'm not as strong that deep either.

Just did w3d1 in 30min flat not including warmup. Was pressed for time so basically skipped any rest times lol...

Amrap of 10 pretty happy with that on bp
