I believe the amount of time that the avg female doctor works is something like 65% of their male counterparts. It’s pretty extreme.

If you pick your doctor based on their gender and color, you have the same problem Stanford has right now just on the opposite side.

Wrong. You have to consider the fact that diversity quotas aren't something to risk your health on. I would never use this hospital anyways.

This tells me to seek out White male doctors and medical professionals.
There's a 100% they were hired and promoted based on their knowledge and skill and not the color of their skin.
Also, Doctors older than 50 are preferable because there's a very high likelihood of no woke brain damage and they will have a higher likelihood of laughing in someones face for pulling the woke card on them.

Vet schools do this also. When I was at lsu, the vet school incoming classes were 90% women. The problem was half of them end up not practicing because the pay isn't good unless you own the practice

Yep. If you see a white or Asian male doctor you know they’re good because they had to overcome a lot of diversity to get where they are

As a physician I have worked with multiple female docs in my group. Overall, they tend to work less hours and less likely to stay late or pull extra shifts. They tend to be more petty and catty with people they work with. This isn’t to say I haven’t worked with some men who are the same, but on average men are more likely to sacrifice for work.

This is true in ALL industries, not just the medical industry. Ultimately women prefer being taken care of, no matter what their status or income may be. It's just a fact of life for 95% of women and it explains why even high achieving women will bolt asap to settle down with a man who can take care of them.
