The deal has been approved in 38 countries at this point. Only the hacks in the FTC and the CMA believe this will hurt consumers, and the FTC wasn't able to prove a single one of their claims in court. Not a single one. The CMA sees the writing on the wall and is negotiating with Microsoft.
