You're making the same failed arguments the FTC made. Sure, this might be bad for SONY, but how is it bad for CONSUMERS?

Well yes, having them on Game Pass day one is clearly a benefit to Microsoft. No one denies this. That doesn't make it bad for consumers.

If they could make it the case it's bad for consumers, different story. But it's clear it's all been about "it's bad for us" and the courts have said "tough...be better at business".

perhaps killing the competition, or in this case, outspending it, to where there's only one option available, and you're being gouged for a product that used to cost half as much as it did before.

Like someone else mentioned, it's going to go the way of Disney and it's aquisitions of Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, etc.

Let me ask you... are you a satisfied Disney customer? I can tell from your comments on the Movie/TV board that it's seriously lacking for your tastes.
