It was his next-door neighbor. Wife worked with the victims Son so don't have a lot of details yet. Sounds like the shooter had at one time or another had a problem with all the neighbors in the area.

The victim is a wonderful man. A friend to everyone. Calm, gentle, always has a smile. Works hard, loves his family and friends. In the hospital now recovering from the first of countless surgeries. He needs all our prayers.

A friend of mine is close to him. Good dude who unfortunately was living next to a psychopath.
The shooter apparently miraculously didn’t kill him shooting double digit rounds from less than 10 feet. Lucky to be alive.
