This is objectively false. If she preaches identity politics to the media do you not think that plays a part in the work environment she creates? These people aren't robots. It's not "go to job. do job. leave job. repeat."

There's obviously a lot more going on that just that, but it's there and it certainly has influenced her decisions over the last several years. Maybe she's a scapegoat for the recent meh movies. I don't know, but I'd rather not have someone ate up with intersectionality and identity politics making decisions on the MCU.

She’s in VFX, not a ton you can do aside from hiring when it comes her being “woke”. Again all people are doing here are creating narratives to serve their own agendas, not unlike what she did. There was isn’t much information on what was toxic but given some similar toxic environments in the gaming industry it has to do with ridiculous deadlines and being insanely overwhelming which again is likely as Marvel has been pumping out movies and shows quickly
