Coach Torina is a brilliant coach, BUT for her loyalty. Loyalty is typically a wonderful trait to have, but only to an extent. Restructure the staff--don't fire Torina. She is the pitching guru and the one thing that has stood the challenge of the TN series for the most part is the pitching. With a little run support and a couple less errors they could very well have won this series.
Dobson and Leftwich seem like great people, but the offensive issues are often glaring. I also think we would lose a few top commits if we lost Torina. But then again, we may be in jeopardy of losing a few because of the hitting issues. I saw several of the 2023/2024 commits were there this past weekend to watch this debacle.
