This film is going to tank big-league, and WB knows it. That's why there hasn't been much advertising/push put toward the film.
Audiences also know that itbis basically a nothing film because WB is pulling the plug on the DCEU as we knew it and essentially starting over, and Shazam isn't part of it.
Shame, because the first film was actually kind of a delight and Levi seemed happy playing the part, but this film franchise has no future and everyone knows it.

Levi was great in the first one, but the kid that played him didn't fit, at all. One was a juvenile, one was a tortured adult. Tone didn't work.

What? They’ve shown the promo ad at least 25 times the past week during the tourney & during some other shows. Not sure what you’ve been watching, but they have pushed it plenty.

James Gunn never said that shazam wasn't going to be a part of the new dc universe. As a matter of fact, the end credit scenes kind of set up something for the Gunn universe
