Take it apart
Unplug the magnetron, diode, transformer, and control switches. There’s a heat, light, moisture, and a couple door interlock switches. Start plugging them back in starting from the primary, one at a time. Plug it in each time you add something. When it starts tripping again you have identified your problem.
