His instagram says he has a 46” vertical. That’s quite a leaper for a walk-on. Hopefully he can handle the ball as well as he can jump

1. He's a walkon. Don't know how a walkon is a discount player. Every sport has walkons and 2. No one forced you to renew. The team for the most part has been put together for a few weeks now and you chose to renew, yet you bitch about the price

Is the LSU mens basketball roster done or we adding a few players. We just reached out to West Virginia PF James Okonkwo and have interest in Alabama guard Jahvon Quinerly.

This is a good question. From a current numbers perspective we should be completely out of roster spots and that doesn't take into account the lost scholarship from the sanctions just handed down which means we actually have to lose one to fit under the limits. CMM is not very forthcoming with team roster happenings like CWW was. Either a new player won't be eligible and returns to previous school and or a player who is or will be a grad transfer leaves after summer session and or a player gets an academic scholarship and stays on the team as a walk on I'm not sure how the current roster stays the same much less add another piece like Quinerly. Definitely some behind the scenes things going on between players, staff, NIL pac, and admin that is yet to come out.

So dont expect any more additions for the 2023-24 roster? It is just odd the roster hasn’t been finalized yet unless they are still trying to add players. Trace Young was the latest addition but he is a walk on.

My guess is that they are done for this roster. With Hannibal being a grad, they may keep fishing just to keep their name out there and possibly land another guy, but its getting to the point where its a little to late for Hannibal to transfer, so its most likely done

I been renewing and paying the price since the early 1970's. Don't castigate me for my comments regarding the product, its certainly not my fault we are in the shape we are in. Enjoy the season as you wish

Why is McMahon waiting so long to tell us who is leaving or perhaps one of the freshman is not coming? Jalen Cook going back to Tulane rather than sitting a year out? It is getting way too late to cut a kid and then find him another school. Anyway you look at it with the penalty we are one over the limit. So why would we be looking at any other transfers?

I don't believe the penalties ae in effect until the next two years. The NCAA handed out the sanctions after most recruiting was completed.

Mc’Mahon’s ability to bring in top talent seems to be lacking in the short time he’s been here, that will have to change, obviously.
As for Will Wade, I think we’re all very curious to see how he does now, after totally botching his time here at LSU by being a complete idiot in his recruiting tactics.
