Wouldn’t they have to know who she is to give a shite about her opinion. There is zero chance anyone on the team nor Mulkey will use Sabrina Merchant as motivation. Zero.

The SOS OOC was bad but they went 15-1 in SEC play with no bad losses.
Exactly it's irrelevant but I don't think whoever the hell it was who said it is wrong. We played a very, very weak OOC schedule and have only beaten one team in the NET top 20 and that one team we beat at home also beat us on a neutral court.

Mulkey's seeds aren't really strange over the years unless the complaint is being a 2 rather than a 1. The last 10 NCAA Tournaments while Kim was at Baylor she was a #1 seed six times and a #2 seed four times. She's now been a #3 seed here at LSU two straight years.

It’s really hard to argue that the low seeding for the SEC isn’t justified. South Carolina is the only conference team with a win over a top seed and they breezed through the conference. LSU beat no one. Tennessee played a tough schedule and lost every tough matchup. They lost 7 times non-conference and barely had a winning record headed into conference play. Alabama lost to USF and Utah. Ole Miss lost to Oklahoma and Utah. Miss St lost to South Dakota St and Nebraska. Georgia lost to Seton Hall, NC St, and W Virginia. It’s just not a pretty picture.

Sabrina is helping Coach Mulkey keep the players on their toes. She has consistently reminded us that they have played a very weak schedule.
