Usually you can get an emergency amount of most medications at your normal pharmacy that will last for 3-4 days. Is Walmart where you normally pick up your medications? If not they may not want to give you anything.

Most of my Rx is at CVS. Insulin is picked up at CVS but I two other meds I get at Walmart.
