But if he borrowed with permission or purchased it from an owner in Denver that's still not a legal issue. The only legal issue pertaining to that video is violation of state ordinances regarding carrying. It's a state issue and states do not cross state lines to prosecute carrying violations after the fact. It's a misdemeanor in Colorado, generally fineable up to $1000
