My wife is the one who brought it into our rotation, so she does this one. A few things I have picked up on that contribute to how I like it: 1) use thighs, 2) slice up and de-seed the lemons after juicing, include in the saute - I eat a piece (rind and all) with every bite, it's awesome, and 3) real butter (there isn't much in our recipe, maybe 1 tbsp.
