Mine are triggered by hormones & alcohol, and last for 36-48 hours at a time. I haven’t tried many prescriptions, but the ones I’ve tried & haven’t helped. Occasionally, the caffeine-ibuprofen-acetaminophen combo will work a little. Otherwise, I just have to wait it out.
