I've got the 11"DD coil and it's pretty accurate. I haven't done a lot of deep recoveries yet. It's very stable in trashy ground and has a very fast reset.(sounds off on very close objects) Don't be fooled by the price on the Simplex. It's a heck of a detector. I got the kit with the wireless earphones but I haven't been impressed with them.
