Yes, that is what is wrong with this situation. Get the fack outta here with that BS. What are we suppose to do, just let them all get away? Why do you think that person was running in the first place? They know they will shortly thereafter stop pursuit, so the exact opposite can be said about this policy. I am not against giving up a pursuit, but to try and blamce the police is asinine.
