I haven’t smoked since May of last year. I was more or less a daily toker from 18-29 and the differences in my own life I have seen since I stopped are readily apparent. My mind is so much sharper, I’m much more motivated and outgoing and I don’t find myself stumbling through conversations struggling to get my words out. I now have a much better job than any I had while I was smoking and I’m saving literally a few hundred dollars a month not smoking or vaping THC oil. I still enjoy the things I used to do while stoned but I’ve found that I don’t need weed to enjoy them. Weed is something to do when you’re bored but it’s when you’re bored and have nothing better to do that you should be trying something new or bettering yourself. In my 20s when the weekend rolled around I would more or less stowaway in my apartment in try to get as high as I could for the duration of my time off. Now I play golf, have taken up fly fishing and am much more outgoing when it comes to meeting people out or making plans to go somewhere. Idk how old you are but now that I’m 30 I look back at my 20s and I think what a waste of time it was and one of the main reasons for that was my marijuana use. I took a few tolerance breaks in my 20s for a few weeks but let me tell you after 3 months you’ll be surprised at how much energy you now have. Keep going I’m almost at a year myself.

Same here, it’s much easier to go to comedy shows or go biking because I have more energy and feel more motivated. Previously I would get stoned and take a bath and play video games if I had a free night.
