I have the opposite experience of OP.... I just retired from the military after 31 years and decided to try gummies. I think they are amazing. I sleep better and dream vividly. I'm not addicted whatsoever... I take them a few times a week, but it's not difficult to go days without any. And most importantly, they kick the shite out of hangovers. It really is a miracle drug to me.
