That's a pretty far walk from his hotel and extremely sketchy east of 110. There are plenty of places to get money downtown

That convenience store across the street from Schlittz and Giggles has an ATM.

Pretty much every business or hotel open at that time of night has an ATM

Happys has one by the front door

And if he was messed up enough to decide that walking in that area to go find an ATM was a safe plan, wouldn’t it make sense that he was out of his mind enough to think that he could just take the rental car he had and drive there? It sure would have been a quicker way to get the money and get to where he ultimately wanted to go.

Did Fr33 check Spanish Town park? When I worked downtown BRPD was always finding prostitutes, drug dealers, and dead bodies there

Seems like he'd be smelling by now. It was hot last week. I think he's either in some remote area, the river or he fled.

I don’t think anyone by that park would notice - plus behind the park is a lot of wooded area

I've been to that Jewish cemetery right around there but never that park. I've driven by it.

I don't know much about human decomposition but I'd think you'd be able to smell a 10 day old body in 85 degrees from a distance. Maybe I watch too many crime shows too

He's not in the Jewish cemetery. That one is fairly well kept up. Now there a couple other cemeteries not downtown that would be a decent place to dump a body,
Overgrown, in disrepair, unvisited. Exposed coffins. Hell you could bust open a vault, crack open a casket, throw a body in there and no one would know, especially towards the back.

Places are creepy.

That historic black cemetery on 22nd at North Blvd was finally cleared up some. Last summer the weeds were 6' tall in there. Sweet Olive is the name of it.

Reminds me of a Tarantino line when I drive through it
Yeah that one at least gets some attention Every so often. There are some out the way where no body goes

I`ve read several news articles and have not seen any stating the last known whereabouts and videos of Millard.

A sequence giving time and place would be nice.

The media news reporting of this story has been pitiful to say the least.

Great job on trying to find Millard, I`m sure his family appreciates it.

An abandoned car that still seals up good might be able to hold the smell pretty good and something that can be done quickly to get a body out of site.

I`m sure you checked what you could.

You jumped in late or something. The timeline has pretty much been given. The timeline isn’t all that useful at this point. We know where he was. It’s what he did that matters. Did he ask a stripper for drugs/sex and that’s why he walked away thinking he was going to meet her. Was he looking for drugs and that’s how he got involved with the homeless guy?

At this point he’s either dead from chasing tail or drugs.

The junkies in the area would have found him by now. The Elysian apartment community is right there, mostly filled with SU people who would be walking their dogs in the area as well, and the body would have been found by now.

There’s a well known crack house close to the 7/11 Tire Shop on Florida, at 240 N Eugene St. BRPD and the EBR Coroners office have had to remove several dead bodies from OD’s over the years. It’s about 0.25 of a mile East on Florida past the Greyhound station. Might be a long shot, but who knows at this point.

It’s been mentioned in this thread so I’m not going to link. You can go read it though.

Every news story I have seen so far is vague and gives no details and some reporting was wrong and had to be changed. I have followed this from the beginning.

His recent calls/texts would likely piece together everything but where's currently at right now
