Nope. I paid too but they are just collecting money apparently because you won't get access to the streaming of the games.

Click "Streaming" on the top bar
Click on "Karbach Round Rock Classic – View Schedule"
Click on "WATCH: Game 1: Kansas State vs. LSU — 2 PM CT"
It's been working since the beginning of the game
