Where did you hear this OldCat55 ?
Will it be symmetrical fiber speeds for Spectrum ?

I heard it from a Spectrum tech. I didn’t give much credence to it at the time.
A month later, crews were out laying orange coated cable. They would stub them up at creeks for another crew to make the cross creek connection. Also, I have several friends in the north end of the parish that have Spectrum now. They are in an area only serviced by satellite 3 months ago.
A lady that works in my wife’s business told her she was supposed to have Spectrum installed by mid March.
I don’t anything about mid to lower parish experiences. However, the tech said it was parish wide and not crossing parish lines.

I’m not sure on any speed issues with this project. I do know they listed 1/2 gig for residences and 1 gig (top end) speeds for businesses when I checked package prices for a rural Kentwood address.
