Recall drive ends Wednesday.
Then verification of signatures follows, and then a vote happens in the summer with a special election or during the fall election cycle. It would be interesting to see which route the governor chooses. Depending on candidates for governor, it could help the recall efforts, but if she does something crazy like run for governor that could help her chances at staying because it could bring out enough of her supporters to vote for her to stay in office and for governor, she could kill 2 birds with one stone.

How they do not have 100k plus signatures for this recall already should tell you everything you need to know about the future of this city. It is well on its way to being Port au Prince, and there is not a single thing anyone can do. This just proves that not all Democratic elections are good democratic elections.
