Didn't Jobert get called on this last year as well, or was it because he was not granted a time out & the ump ran him up when the itch was delivered anyway? As for CJJ's slow walk to the mound, anyone ever clock Skip on his bad knees / hips rambles to the mound, going & going back? Was it Cohen when he was HC at State who had his pitchers tossing to first 5-6-7 times an at bat or was it that ex tulane a-hole?
