Because there's so little male leadership in that community pushing kids to find their niche.
These kids need solid advice. All they have is female public school teachers and a baby daddy, of the most part.
Progressives are desperately trying to steer black people into some success but choosing all the wrong ways to make it happen.
Its a paternal relationship, Democrats lord over their black minions.

Yeah, its not a difficult career to break into.
The Latinos are passing up many native born black folks. There's going to be major tension between these two in the future.
