Because there's so little male leadership in that community pushing kids to find their niche.
These kids need solid advice. All they have is female public school teachers and a baby daddy, of the most part.
Progressives are desperately trying to steer black people into some success but choosing all the wrong ways to make it happen.
Its a paternal relationship, Democrats lord over their black minions.

Never met a black welder. You have never been in the plants in La. I know quite a few. Some of the best I know are black.
T/A I’m on is about 1/3 white/ black/ Hispanic. Tell me how a black person from the Dominican Republic can get a job here but one two miles away can’t. Insulators are making $40/hr and it is mostly Hispanic women.
Most people just want good dependable workers and don’t have time for the other noise.
Easier to blame the racist boogeyman than their own personal failings

I knew a few back in the day when I worked summers on Peters Road in Harvey...
