Nice family history.

My uncle does ours, and found we were descendants of Israel Putnam. Israel Putnam was the name of one of Washington's Generals in the Revolutionary War.

It was also the name of a Private in the Colonial Army.

We were descended from the latter, as it happens.

TOPGUN, I was in Kunsan for what seemed like six years in late 1971. We got pulled out and sent to Danang.....compared to Kunsan it wasnt so bad. Charlie was so happy to see us that he had a fireworks display every night for us. Of all the places the AF sent me, Kunsan was the most backwards of all. I know Korea has changed a lot over the years, but I can't imagine that Kunsan has changed much.
