i looked at these two burners yesterday (the two posted in the links above) and a local hardware store. Would be hard to justify that kind of money simply for a burner. I'll stick with my double jet propane.

I have the BBQ Guys Blaze Power Burner on my back patio with natural gas supply. The inner ring is rated for 25,000, and outer ring is 35,000 BTUs. Anyone with experience doing small batches of crawfish on this two-ring burner?
Was thinking of maybe a 42 quart stainless pot and boiling 15-20 lb batches for small parties. Think it has enough arse to properly boil?
