I will have a natural gas hookup on my back porch once renovations are complete. For some reason I always remembered seeing something that there wasn't enough pressure or it didnt get hot enough to boil crawfish. If I went with the burner above is that all I would need to do?

The jets on the burner for natural gas have to be different from what you have for butane. It also takes longer to get water to come to a boil, but you can boil with natural gas.

Does take a little longer but nothing crazy. I used to never use my pot lid with propane. I use it now to help with the longer cooking time. I have my home gas meter regulator at 8 in of wc.
