I can tell you with 100% certainty that he's grasping at straws, because some of his claims in that substack sound like he talked to a guy whose cousin's husband was once in the Navy. We could have easily pulled it off, and I have no idea if we did or we didn't, but his knowledge of the dive community is shite.
