re: NOPD to shut down crime causing businesses

I remember one instance where a bar, the type with no dress code, kicked 2 guys out for starting fights. These two gentleman returned with friends and were allowed to re-enter the club on the condition they pay double the cover. In an ironic twist of fate, the brawl that ensued caused more damage than they prob made at the door the whole night.

Seems like this type ordinance would be good for that type of place.
