some of you always need a boogey man coming for you. This is aimed at Air BnBs, bars, and event centers that consistently have drama because they rent out to packs of criminals and know exactly what is happening but do nothing.

Y'all are really, really overthinking this.
This is no different than the state pulling an alcohol license if a business has a crime issue, like the state did after that bar shooting in BR a few weeks ago.
DA isn't involved, this is a municipal matter and will go to a city administrative law judge process.
For those of you who think this is going to result in business owners somehow setting up shootings at other busineses... these are the same owners / clients who shoot their guns sideways and film fights in portrait mode.
I don't know if this will accomplish much at all. Maybe it will lead a few of the car washes and corner stores to put up some cameras.
