I guess UGA and Purdue forgot the secret

He rushed for -6 yards in the UGA game and only ran 6 times against Purdue. They didn’t forget anything, they played contain like most teams will going forward.

He threw for 350 and 2 TDs in those two games, by the way. Not exactly setting the world on fire.

I guess Auburn knew the secret but Ole Miss and Alabama just ignored it?

He had a great stretch of games against Florida, Ole Miss and Alabama. Then he regressed a bit and looked bad against Arkansas and aTm. He averaged 184 passing yards and 53 yards rushing per game after Bama. He had 4 total TDs in those 5 games.

You know, like he’s inconsistent. Those numbers from the back 1/3 of the season were discouraging. That can’t happen again if LSU wants to take a step forward.

All I’m saying is spying and containing a WB with elite running ability is some secret or blueprint.

It’s what’s every team we’ve played has tried to do.

Jayden is plays well gets in a rhythm opens which opens up the run, or he hangs onto the ball way too like. And either throws a pass too late or get sacked.

Some of those games our OL stunk. Arkansas was smoking our OL.

You do realize Daniels had a bum ankle, right? Also, in the two games he played one half against Georgia and took less than half the snaps in the bowl, so it was really less than the equivalent of one full game in which he racked up 350 yards and 2 TDs.
