Stetson Bennett is exactly what LSU fans HOPE Daniels can become. Acting like they are equals is more ignorant than acting like the offense was great this year.
No matter how you slice it, Bennett wasn’t “helluva lot more productive” than Daniels. He had 18 more yards per game and played 6-8 more quarters than Daniels to account for about half of the 8 TD difference.

As a passer, he was head and shoulders better. He had over 50% more passing yards and TDs. That’s significant no matter how many times you say “nuh uh”.

This has already been addressed, and stop talking about total yards. This entire discussion is happening because I struck a nerve for some reason by saying Daniels needed to improve as a PASSER for LSU to have a higher ceiling than 10 wins and a West title.
Everyone already knows he’s a weapon with his legs, but Daniels isn’t going to run LSU to a SEC title or the playoffs. He has to get it done with his arm as well.
