Same argument was made reagrding the homes on Staring but the 4 laned it anyway which has been a huge improvement for the area

I love Southdowns but the congestion hinders growth. Having a good artery could revitalize the entire neighborhood

Staring Lane houses had a MUCH larger set back than Lee Dr.

So lots more front yardage to tear up.

Southdowns needs to be revitalized? It’s been one of the more popular neighborhoods in BR for nearly 3 decades…
